A: The types are:
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate): Used for water/soda bottles, food containers (excellent clarity and gas barrier), beauty, personal care, skincare, householding. It is clear, strong and lightweight.
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene): Used for milk jugs, detergent bottles, beauty, personal care, chemical. It is opaque and chemical resistance.
PP (Polypropylene): Used for yogurt containers, bottle caps, automotive parts (heat resistant and durable). It has a high melting point and is durable
PCR( Post Consumer Material): It includes rPET, rHDPE and rPP. Using PCR recues reliance on virgin plastic and the carbon foodprint or the bottle.
A: Most single-use plastic bottles(PET, HDPE, PP, PCR) are inherently BPA-free. BPA was primarily used in polycarbonate (PC) plastics. The industry has largely phased out BPA in packaging, but it's always best to check the bottle's resin code (#7 can sometimes indicate PC).
A: Lead time depends on complexity but generally follows this timeline:
Prototyping: 1 weeks for 3D printing or a simple mold.
Production Mold Creation: 3-4 weeks for bottle mold and 7-8 weeks for injection mold.
Sample Production: Stock sample can be shipped right away and 2-3 weeks for custom printing and color sample
Mass Production: 3-4 weeks after the mold is ready and approved.
Total: A new custom project can take anywhere from 6 to 14 weeks from order to first shipment.
A: Our MOQ depends on the product and process. For stock items, it can be as low as a single pallet. For custom parts, the MOQ is 5,000pcs to 10,000pcs.
A: Yes, we offer Design for Manufacturability (DFM) services. Our engineering team can review your design to optimize it for the plastic molding process, suggesting changes that can reduce cost, improve strength, and shorten production time.
A: Yes. We offer a range of sustainable materials, including:
Virgin materials.
Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Content: rPET, rHDPE, etc.
We can help you select the right material based on your performance and sustainability goals.
A: Most of our thermoplastic products (like PET, HDPE, PP) are technically recyclable. We encourage you to check local recycling guidelines. We can also design for recyclability by using mono-materials and avoiding hard-to-separate combinations.
A: Yes. We strictly comply with international regulations such as ISO9001. Certificates of Compliance (CoC) can be provided upon request.
A: Our QC process is integrated throughout production based on ISO9001:
First Article Inspection (FAI): A full inspection of the first parts from a new mold.
In-Process Checks: Monitoring of critical dimensions and visual aspects during production.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Using data to ensure the process remains stable.
Final Random Inspection: Before shipment.
A: Absolutely. We provide free samples for evaluation. For new custom parts, we typically provide 3D-printed prototypes for form/fit check and mold samples (T1) from the actual production tool for final approval.

A: XYPACKAGING support free custom bottle mold for an order of 30,000pcs.
A: Shipping: We ship globally. Standard terms are FOB (Free on Board) from our port, but we can arrange CIF or other Incoterms as needed because we have rich experience in ocean, air and train shipment.
Payment: Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, other terms can be negotiated.
A: We promised to provide positive answer within 48 hours for quality complaint. We take 100% responsibility for quality issue caused by XYPACKAGING.
